With 20 years of teaching experience, MK is an E-RYT 500 and Certified Massage Therapist. She brings wisdom, compassion, and joy to every class, believing in yoga’s ability to elevate frequencies and cultivate healthier patterns.
ALEXANDER STEFANI
A musician for over 30 years, Alex crafts immersive soundscapes that deepen your connection to yourself. Rooted in jazz and inspired by the universal sound palette, Alex’s work promotes kindness and presence.
