Join MK McCartney of Sol Rio for eight days of yoga, rest and discovery on the coast of Senegal. MK first came to West Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and has been returning to Senegal for more than twenty years and is now inviting the Sol Rio community to join her.

Coast, City, & Village
We'll move through three different environments within Senegal. Mornings by the pool and ocean in the coastal town of Ngaparou. Experience the pulse of the capital city of Dakar and slower village days, winding down in M'bour, with markets, family-style meals and time with Senegalese hosts along the way. Each stop blends yoga, culture, rest and reflection.
