Weekly Yin Yoga and Gong Bath
Explore the healing benefits of this Yin yoga class, designed to cultivate a balanced state of being, while increasing flexibility and focus. This very gentle, floor-based practice is accessible to all-bodies & all-levels. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes and concludes with an extended gong bath, utilizing sound frequencies which help you relax and rebalance.

When: Wednesdays 6pm

Sol Rio was founded in 2021 by MK McCartney (E-RYT 500 Vinyasa & Kundalini Yoga, CMT) and Alex Stefani with the intention of sharing the gifts of yoga and sound, while building community and space for connection, in the heart of beautiful west Sonoma County.
