This accessible yoga class is engaging and appropriate for both new and advanced students. You will be guided through a 60 minute practice of adaptive movements connected with mindful breathing. The class concludes with a 15 minute Gong Bath & svasana (resting posture), designed to help you experience stillness & balance in your mind, body & spirit.

Lively sun salutations lead into a creatively sequenced asana flow that focuses on healthy alignment & provides an accessible way to build stamina & develop increased flexibility. A restorative savasana aligns mind and body for the weekend ahead.

Gentle Yoga with Kathleen
This Hatha practice is designed to support you and your practice in a very accessible way. This class is a slower paced practiced, rooted in alignment and knowledge of anatomy. It is beneficial for people who are newer to the practice and seeking a solid starting point, as well as people who are working with limitations whether stemming from injuries &/or aging or other challenges. However do not be fooled, this class is also excellent for the experienced yogis, as Kathleen draws on her experience and knowledge of over 25 years of teaching to masterfully lead you through your practice helping you increase strength, balance and vitality. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check-in, settle and ground.

Enjoy this 60-minute mindful, moderately-paced vinyasa class designed to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance, and stamina. All levels are welcome and accommodated, though some yoga experience might be helpful. All students are encouraged to rest and support or modify poses as needed for their comfort and safety. Instruction on adaptations provided.

Explore the healing benefits of this 60 minute Yin yoga class, designed to cultivate a balanced state of being, while increasing flexibility and focus. This is a very gentle, floor-based practice and is accessible to all-bodies & all-levels. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, with the support of props. This nurturing practice concludes with an extended gong bath, utilizing healing sound frequencies which help you rebalance, relax & meditate.
