LIVE STUDIO CALENDAR
Class Registration: We currently accept walk-ins, however we recommend reserving your spot in advance as our studio space is limited. Click on the class on the live studio calendar to register. *For donation-based classes email the teacher directly.
Livestream reservations: must be made at least 15 minutes prior to class and your Zoom link & passcode will be emailed to you.

PRICING
We believe yoga should be inclusive and accessible to all those who wish to practice. Should you find the studio class prices do not fit your budget, please note that Sliding Scale passes are available.
Effective 1/1/2023 drop-ins and class packs will be purchased directly from the teacher whose class you are attending. Teacher's contact information will be linked to their class & schedule, helping you easily navigate purchases and questions.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ALL LEVELS YOGAA 60-minute class that helps you stretch, strengthen and improve balance. All Levels Yoga is designed to support both new and advanced practitioners, as you will be guided in an alignment-focused practice with safe sequencing and adaptive movement. This class draws from a variety of yoga lineages, helping you deepen your personal practice.

ENERGY FLOWA 60-minute class of mindful, moderately-paced Vinyasa class designed to invigorate the body, mind and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance and stamina. All levels are welcome, though some yoga experience is helpful. Students are always encouraged to rest when needed and receive instruction on modifying poses for their comfort and safety.

MEDITATION*A 60-minute guided group meditation creates a space for those interested in practicing meditation with the mutual support of community. This offering is for new and experienced practitioners alike. The weekly group will include guided meditations from a variety of styles (from Samadhi, Vipassana, Reiki-infused meditation and more) dependent on the facilitator. *donation directly to the teacher

RESTORATIVE YOGAA 60-minute class in which postures are held for a long period of time and supported by a meditative setting allowing you to release and ease tension. Various levels of each pose will be offered with or without the use of props to accommodate all levels and amount of gentleness desired. This is an excellent class if you are working with any limitations &/or looking for a tool to help quiet the mind and have a more meditative experience.

TAI CHI* A 60-minute class for those brand new or early into their Tai Chi practice. Learn the basic concepts of Tai Chi and Qigong and build your confidence in the Yang 8 and 24 forms. Tai Chi is a form of mindful movement based on martial arts that is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their balance, strength, breathwork, circulation, or mood. Forms can be easily adapted for students with mobility issues.
