Kerri Griffiths ~ Yoga Instructor
Kerri first stepped on the mat in 2008, but her yoga journey truly blossomed in 2011 when she moved to Northern California and joined the newly opened Riverbed Yoga Studio. Inspired to deepen her practice and share her knowledge with others, Kerri completed her initial 200 hour certification under the tutelage of Sienna and Alison Smith at Yoga Mountain Studios in Fairfax.
She continues to add to her teaching toolbox through ongoing studies, trainings and workshops. Kerri’s teaching style is playful and inquisitive, drawing from traditional alignment-based Hatha asana practice as well as therapeutic principles, breathwork, and meditation. Her classes are inclusive and designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of experience, body type or background.
