Service Description

Enjoy this donation-based Tai Chi 60-minute class, for those brand new or interested in continuing their Tai Chi practice. Learn the basic concepts of Tai Chi and Qigong and build your confidence in the Yang 10 and 24 forms. Tai Chi is a form of mindful movement based in the martial arts that is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their balance, strength, breathwork, circulation, or mood. Forms can be easily adapted for students with mobility issues. REGISTRATION + PAYMENT Donation-based (cash or Venmo @Partichoke) Walk-ins welcome, pre-registration is recommended as space is limited.
