Mary Kate (E-RYT 500 Vinyasa, 200 Kundalini, CMT) had the good fortune of meeting her first yoga teacher over 20 years ago while living in Barcelona and has since immersed herself in studentship of this ancient art & science. Combined, she has over 1,000 hours of trainings and certifications in Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa yoga and massage therapy and has been actively teaching throughout Northern California & abroad for the past fourteen years. In 2021, she and her husband Alex opened Sol Rio Studio, a collective studio in Guerneville, California. Her classes offer participants an opportunity to clear, heal & strengthen through a moving meditation grounded in breath and non-grasping. She is grateful to live in West Sonoma County with her husband and daughter Mari and provide her community a special space to come together, practice & build healing group energy.
